To call this book lavishly illustrated would be a gross understatement. It charts the history of the good old Grateful Dead from 1961 and their pre-history as The Warlocks up do the final concert before Jerry Garcia's death in 1995 and beyond to the reformed Dead pictured Summer 2003.
